Hey Guys
So its been for ever since I updated
this blog and I'm sorry it look me this long to update the blog. A
lot has happen since my last post I will start with I moved out and
got a new place and roommate and I love it couldn’t be happier. I
still go to the gym three times a week and run or walk on my off days
very active and like to keep busy. And for the time being I just have
a personal trainer working with me and helping along the way. So lets
get in to the good news I m now down to 236 lbs I can not remember
the last time I was ever this low and I love it I'm at the point were
old friends don’t even know its me. :) That puts me at a total
weight lose of 125 lbs in just 9 months I can say that I did it and
that the 125 lbs is not coming back on that is a sure thing. There
lot of updates and I will try to share them all on this one post but
I'm going to update this more I have missed it.
The other thing is that I will be
working to get my personal trainer cert soon as this is something I
really enjoy helping people who have gone though the same as me
remember I was a big guy at one time to. I have also shared my story
on facebook and helping I few people with Heather life changes and
with work out plans and they are seeing great results as well. And
last for now I have a new meal plan as I have a new meal plan and
work out plans I started this today. I am doing this new plan as I
only have 17 lbs left to lose and I just want it gone at this point
lol. But I hope with out me updating this in a while lost you guys
and I will be post how I m going with the new plan and all that I
hope to hear from you guys have a great day..

Glad to hear you are still on track. I too hope I can say I just have 17lbs left...someday.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new place. I had to get roommates and I'm not digging it honestly. The lease is up soon and I can move if I feel uncomfortable.
