A New week..
Hey Guys
Well it was time to step on the scale of truth as I like to call it. I have turn it up again with the work out I now bike to the gym and I run on my off days as well and I must say I starting to notice my hard work as well. So lets just get to the point in the last two weeks I lost 5 lbs and I'm very very happy with that because to still pull a 5 lbs loss 10 months in and 140 lbs gone is just down right awesome.. This past week I have learn that I cant do it for anyone but my self and that in the end I need to do what is best for me and that I cant let other people actions bring me down. Before I was always looking for my friends and family to re sure me and push me forward and I have no learn that in the end of the day as long as I'm happy that's all that matters and if they are real friends than they will be there for me when I need them.
I have two more sessions with my trainer than I will have a break from are work outs as my work and time slots don’t add up. At first I was scared that I could lose the weight or that I will gain some of it back. But I was thinking that I have been doing this for 10 months and I do some work outs on my own and that if I really want some thing I need to just do it myself so Im looking forward to the time to my self and I will re think what I want and move on from there but thats all for now guys I have a big bike ride to the gym tomorrow good night guys.

Look who back..
Hey Guys
So its been for ever since I updated
this blog and I'm sorry it look me this long to update the blog. A
lot has happen since my last post I will start with I moved out and
got a new place and roommate and I love it couldn’t be happier. I
still go to the gym three times a week and run or walk on my off days
very active and like to keep busy. And for the time being I just have
a personal trainer working with me and helping along the way. So lets
get in to the good news I m now down to 236 lbs I can not remember
the last time I was ever this low and I love it I'm at the point were
old friends don’t even know its me. :) That puts me at a total
weight lose of 125 lbs in just 9 months I can say that I did it and
that the 125 lbs is not coming back on that is a sure thing. There
lot of updates and I will try to share them all on this one post but
I'm going to update this more I have missed it.
The other thing is that I will be
working to get my personal trainer cert soon as this is something I
really enjoy helping people who have gone though the same as me
remember I was a big guy at one time to. I have also shared my story
on facebook and helping I few people with Heather life changes and
with work out plans and they are seeing great results as well. And
last for now I have a new meal plan as I have a new meal plan and
work out plans I started this today. I am doing this new plan as I
only have 17 lbs left to lose and I just want it gone at this point
lol. But I hope with out me updating this in a while lost you guys
and I will be post how I m going with the new plan and all that I
hope to hear from you guys have a great day..

STAY TUNED
Hey Guys
This past two weeks has been crazy for me with my ups and downs. I have for the most part eat right and healthy but I will let you know I had my cheat meals more than I should but we are all human right. I need to remind myself that I have come along way in the past 8 months I have lost 104 lbs and I have change my life right around for the good. but tomorrow is Monday a new week and a fresh start on the healthy way. But I have been ruining when I can and have the time. I also learned a good lesson that you need to eat lots before a work out I almost was sick and pass out on Friday and I don't want that to happen ever again its not a good feeling. But I just wanted to let my fans know I m still here and tomorrow is weigh in and measurement day so stay tuned for my results I still think I will pull off a good number but it was a hard week for me for sure tell than take care guys..

I first want to say thank you to the people following me on this amazing weight loss journey. But the other day I was at the gym I did my hour of cardio and hour of weights. Above is a video of me squatting 305 lbs that was awesome for me for a couple of reason. One of them is that I'm now 257 as of almost two weeks ago. The other reason is that it shows that hard work and dedication can pay off in the end. But everything is going good I'm still eating clean and drinking lots of water as well I will weight my self on Monday I'm hoping to see 250 because than that means I'm 20 lbs from my goal weight and I can shave my beard off lol. Its driving me nuts but its great motivation at the same time.
The Other thing I wanted to let you guys know is that I have made up my mind and is going to do a marathon 6.5 miles. Now some may see that as hard work and why do it I'm doing this for me and to be able to say I did one I cant wait to sign up and get my runner kit with my number plus I can say I have been getting in shape the past year and now will run 6.5 miles. And if I like it I might do other ones like rising money for some charity of some kind but who knows. I will be starting a list soon of all the things I want to do now that I have lost the extra weight I have not finish this list and I may not but the marathon is one of them I also want to go tree go in the summer as well. But that all for now on my list it will grow as we move along this journey because I feel better and stronger than I have ever had in my life.
