Did you ever stop to taste a carrot?

One of the many questions I get asked will I be able to keep all this weight off and I have question my self that question many times before over and over in my head. Than I think just a year a go I was not exercising at all and I was not always eating the right foods and most times was eating way to much. Just 10 months ago I was eating fast food and washing it all dawn with soda pop. I also thought that hey I come from a big family this is the way life is and would make the best of it. and if anyone said I was over weight or out of shape I would just say I have a few pounds to lose or I would just say I was healthy and laugh it off. But 8 months ago I open my eyes and seen that what I have been doing to my self was getting out of hand and was going down the wrong path in life.



If someone  ten months ago come up to me at Mc Donald's and say 8 months for now Christopher you will be able to run 5 km lift 30 lbs more than what you weigh and be able to lose 95 lbs in 7 months. As well make new friends that inspired you and motivated you with your journey to a healthier you. As well as join a gym that you love to go to three times a week and feel like home there. But the big secret to my weight lose and everything is my best friend and my rock that has been with me since day one and I think always knew I could do it her name is Christina some may caller her my personal trainer because I pay her to kick my ass three days a week. But I call her my best friend I share everything with her and she helps me with my ups and downs and its not because I pay her its because she loves her job and we are friends. I would of told the guy that he is full of him self and I would say pass the coca cola.



But to end this post I had a great week of working out I pushed my self when I needed to be and I didn't over do it. My game plan this weekend is to enjoy it I'm not going to over think my eating or working out. I will still eat clean and not over do it with the eating or work outs I'm taking it easy this weekend. Than on Monday I will weigh my self and I think the scale will show my hard work and time I have done the last two weeks. two weeks ago I weighed 268 lbs that a total weight lose of 95 lbs so this week I want it to say 262 that would give me 100 lbs gone for good and not coming back ever. I feel I got this but we will know on Monday. And with that I want to say I hope everyone has a great weekend and stay tune for my update on Monday when I can say I have lost 100 lbs in 8 months with out a diet what have you done the last 8 months...
