New Years Revolution..

Hey Guys

So I have been really thinking of the big changes I have made in 2011 and let me tell you I have made so many changes more good than bad ones. One of the biggest change was for me to getting back in shape the right way and setting up self up for the long run so I don't go back to my old self and old habits. I was thinking I want to do so much in 2012 and I don't want anything to slow me down some goals are reason able and some might be way out there but a man can dream right. So people ask me all the time now that I have lost a lot of weight how I do it. And it simply I work my ass off you know the saying if you want something you need to work for it well it's true. I did what people said they would do I go to a gym three times a week for an hour of hard work and lots of sweat. I made small goals and when I seen the small goals coming together I was always hungry for more and I was not give up on myself or the program. One of my goals from the start was to be 299 by Christmas that means I had to lose just over 60 lbs in 4 months and well I did I competed it a week before Christmas. But I liked the look on my friends and family face when I told them priceless. My other goal was to show people that even know its Christmas you can still have a great meal and good time and not gain or lose weight. I lost 6 lbs over Christmas and for the people that say it would be a miracle if I lost any weight over Christmas I say I told you so. My last goal of 2011 is that I'm not cutting my hair till I lose 35 lbs now some people ask me why 35 lbs. I told them because if I lose it that means I have to date lost a 100 lbs and almost at my goal weight. How cool will it be when I can tell people I lost 100 lbs in 6 months and I show people that if you put the time and afford in it will pay off. And the hair is just Motivation for me to lose the weight as I don’t like my hair long.


Now on to 2012 with my goals and were I want to see my self one of the things I want to do is do a fitness competition like run a marathon or mud run something like that. I don’t want to come in first I just want to do it and have fun with it. Another goal is I want to get my Fitness Instructor Certificate I want to help people like my trainer help me I want to share my knowledge on weight lose. I also want to be able to do 100 push ups in a row with out stopping. I will also do more of boxing as its really fun and a hell of a work out to. Another was yoga classes I just want to try different classes in fitness spin stuff like that. But that's all my goals for 2012 as if now I have so much I want to do its going to be a busy 12 months but I'm really exacted to compete this goals and share it with my friends on the way. I also wanted to say think you guys for your support though out my journey and I could not do it with out your guys been there for me and thanks for taking the time to read my blog means I lot to me.

  1. Way to go Chris! I am sure 2012 will be an awesome year again for you... Though I am not sure about the not cutting your hair thing lol
