Hey Guy's
So I than got on my laptop and was searching Google for local gym's and fitness programs. I than found a great gym called Elite Experience and that they were just down the road from me as well. One of the reason I sign up at this time is on there site they had people telling you there experience at elite and what it has done for them. Plus there not a big fancy gym that just see you as dollar signs they care and work with you on your goals. so after doing my research on them plus I had a family member already going there and loving it. So I than said this is the gym for me I called them and sit up a meeting to start changing my life for the good.
At the meeting I got to meet my life coach Christina where she asked me questions and what my goals and what I want to get out of her and Elite Experience. I told her I wanted to be fit healthy and not have diabetes or heart problems when I get older I wanted to show that with hard work and the right tools that I can reach my goals. I also told her that I want her to kick my butt the three days a week that I am with her and for her not to take it easy on me and not to let my self back down as well. To make the long story short I than worked out three days a week for the last four months went to every work out changed my eating habits as well, And today when I step on the today this is what I see.

Hey Christopher,
ReplyDeleteHuge congrats on the weight loss. 65lbs in four months is extremely impressive. You're clearly kicking ass and taking names.
I'm also going to Elite Experience (Main St location, training with Thom). I'm down 50lbs in the past five months (another 20-30 to go, at least).
It has definitely been a life changing experience. I've tried this stuff on my own in the past, I've gone to GoodLife/Nubody's personal trainers, etc. Funny that most 'trainers' I talk to outside of Elite think Elite Experience isn't the real deal. Maybe it's because it's not a huge gym with more socializing than real exercise taking place? Maybe it's because they don't have fancy machines for everything imagineable? Not sure. I, for one, love the basic nature of the exercises I do at Elite. :)
I'm not saying Elite Experience is the only answer by any means, but I haven't seen ANYBODY I know get the kind of results we are getting. Not just in terms of weight loss, but in terms of real, visible results. We look better, feel better and just have a much higher quality of life because of this.
Thom and the good folks at both Elite Experience locations really know their stuff. Proud to see how quickly they are gaining recognition and business because of it.
Cheers,
Brian Dunphy
