“Not Dieting But..Changing”



This has been an awesome week for me it all started on Monday when I weighted in at 257 lbs. That is amazing it shows that if you set your mind to something than you can do anything the sky the limit. Now I have people asking me all the time how have I lost 104 lbs in just 8 months so I thought I would share with you guys how I did it. As you already know I have a personal trainer I don't hide it with out her I wouldn’t be were I am. As well I for the most part eat really healthy for about 6 days out of the week. And that’s also weighing my foods and measuring everything that goes in to my body. You might think that's a lot of work Chris but trust me it works. I also have a food diary I write down all my food for me and my trainer to go over it and see where I need more or less of something. Plus I work out at least work out for 6 hours a week at the local gym I do an hour of cardio than I do an hour of weights or circuit training with my trainer. The days I don't go to the gym I will run 3 miles or walk something like that I need that or I go a little crazy. But last I didn’t give up or bitched about the work outs I put in 110 % in my work outs and put my ass to work as well and it payed off big time.

Today I was at a clothing store my new thing to do is going to stores just to try on smaller clothes to see if they fit me I now spend more time at clothing stores because they have my size. The other thing I love doing is share my story and what has worked for me in the weight lose battle I love hear people following and reading my blog or people saying Chris you have Motivated me to get healthy or to lose that extra 25 lbs. Today I was at the store picking up baby carrots and Greek yogurt and I seen someone who I have not seen in sometime so when I went to say hi it took her a second to clue in it was me and I loved the look of shock. And than she told me she reads my blog its people like that keep me going and makes me want to do better. Today I also updated my blog I have been following some awesome weight loss blogs and thought I need a new look let me know what you think about it. One more thing this is my last week before I weigh in to see how much I lost in 2 weeks last month I lost 20 lbs lets see what I can do this month. And I was able to keep my self motivated to lose 37 lbs to bring me at goal weight of 220 lbs I am not shaving my face till that happens so wish me lucky in losing in my last 37 lbs.

  1. It's really strange about weight loss. It doesn't click in our heads until someone says "DAMN! You lost weight".
