Hello Tuesday rest day..

I first want to say thank you to the people following me on this amazing weight loss journey. But the other day I was at the gym I did my hour of cardio and hour of weights. Above is a video of me squatting 305 lbs that was awesome for me for a couple of reason. One of them is that I'm now 257 as of almost two weeks ago. The other reason is that it shows that hard work and dedication can pay off in the end. But everything is going good I'm still eating clean and drinking lots of water as well I will weight my self on Monday I'm hoping to see 250 because than that means I'm 20 lbs from my goal weight and I can shave my beard off lol. Its driving me nuts but its great motivation at the same time.

The Other thing I wanted to let you guys know is that I have made up my mind and is going to do a marathon 6.5 miles. Now some may see that as hard work and why do it I'm doing this for me and to be able to say I did one I cant wait to sign up and get my runner kit with my number plus I can say I have been getting in shape the past year and now will run 6.5 miles. And if I like it I might do other ones like rising money for some charity of some kind but who knows. I will be starting a list soon of all the things I want to do now that I have lost the extra weight I have not finish this list and I may not but the marathon is one of them I also want to go tree go in the summer as well. But that all for now on my list it will grow as we move along this journey because I feel better and stronger than I have ever had in my life.     Congrats on setting some goals! I see a weight loss mini goal and then a big one about a marathon! Amazing!!

    Right now I think I got the exercise stuff under my belt so now I'm on to eating right and getting the fluids in.

    I would love to run a marathon and even go to the big Beachbody summit in Vegas....but I need to remind myself: Baby steps and keep dreaming big.

  2. you can do it 14daygrind just takes time and dont give up but yes eating right and lots of water is the key to weight loss thats why I have done so well.
